BOOKING YOUR EVENT
Ready to make your event unforgettable? Here’s how to get started:
1. GET IN TOUCH
Reach out to us via our contact form, email, or phone. Share your preferred date, location, guest numbers, service you're interested in and any specific requests or questions you may have.
2. BOOKING
If we have availability for your chosen date, we will send you a booking form and discuss your chosen theme, as well as any special arrangements. We make sure everything is tailored to your event.
Your date will be secured once a deposit payment has been made.
3. EVENT DAY
We’ll handle the setup, so you can sit back and enjoy your event.
Following the event, our dedicated team will return to pack up all of our items.

I’m Chanel! A 31-year-old mum of two lively little boys from Bristol, and the creator of Whimsical Willow Events.
Before diving into the world of event styling, I worked as a geoscientist. I’ve always had a love for nature and the great outdoors. My passion for the environment shines through in my work, as I’m dedicated to styling luxury, elegant events that don’t sacrifice our planet.
When I’m not busy bringing events to life, you’ll find me out on adventures with my boys, staying active, exploring, or travelling. We’re always seeking new outdoor escapades!
